· Generate leads and close deals
· Identify business opportunities by seeking out prospects and assessing their position in the industry.
· To make field visits to Builders, Architects, Contractors and Infrastructure companies
· Must be responsible for generating sales leads through active collection of Market Intelligence and follow through for closure.
· Regular follow up with clients.
· Manage site visits.
· Meeting sales targets, promoting new products and any special deals.
· To generate Site Visits and Sales Leads, to make cold calls on behalf of the company.
· The role would occasionally demand travelling to different cities to meet the clients in person.
· Develop a marketing strategy in accordance with the overall company goals and vision
· Prepare and manage a marketing plan for an intended product, service, idea or event
· Help create and promote the overall brand identity of company
· Be a vital force in the creation and distribution of all varieties of marketing materials
· Present projects to clients and work with them to strategize and improve the material according to their needs
· Plan, direct, and organize advertising and promotional campaigns/events
· Collect and analyze market research data and apply it to current projects
· Identify potential markets and test them extensively
· Provide updated status reports with statistics concerning current marketing projects
Requirements
· Any Graduate
· Freshers / Experience is entertained.
· Good Communication, Working knowledge in Computers , Good presentation
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal
· Exposure in local language, English and Tamil, is advantage.
· A creative approach to new campaigns
· Good negotiating and interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational skills
· Commercial awareness, for pricing and analysing data
· A high standard of computer literacy
· Two wheeler must.
