  • Improve team communication and conflict resolution with the SBI Feedback Model and Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Resolution Model.

  • Motivate and engage teams for peak performance using Self-Determination Theory & 5 Languages of Workplace Appreciation.

  • Master effective delegation and team empowerment using the Eisenhower Matrix & GROW Coaching Model.

  • Navigate organizational change management using Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model.

  • Make strategic decisions under uncertainty with the OODA Loop & Root Cause Analysis.
