Recently, we completed Physical 2 Days Classroom Training for our Dubai Based Client. Training happened in Dubai at one of their Largest Showrooms.


Our Trainers and Consultants flew in from India to provide tailored sales training for the retail company's sales team.


Client Background:


1. Services Offered: Client is a major distributor of Music related Products and Services from reputed manufacturers to B2B clients such Hotels, Clubs, Educational Institutions etc.. for Live Music Shows, events etc...


2. Sales Type : B2B Field & Inside Sales selling high priced products to Owners, CEO and multiple decision makers.


3. Team Dynamics: Sales Team includes experienced Sales People with an average of minimum 10+ years experience coming from varied nationalities such as India, Dubai, Africa, Malaysia, Philippines etc...


4. Sales Challenges: Sales Team struggled to convert inquiries to sales due to heavy competition and customer resistance to change existing vendors and solutions.



Dishah conducted thorough Training Need Analysis to identify the Sales Process and Sales team selling approach Gaps to create custom and performance driven programs. Dishah conducted:

3. Sales team lacked Probing skills to identify performance gaps with their current system and Vendor Services.


4. Sales team lacked targeted sales pitch and persuasion skills to convince customers over current system, pricing, budget & timelines related objections.

5. Sales team struggled to negotiate and close deals while maintaining deal profitability or without losing it to cheaper competition.


6. Sales team follow-up approaches lacked effectiveness and their productivity and motivation was also low.

In First Role Play, the team spoke highly technical highlighting only functionalities while in the last role play team didn't even use a single feature and highlighted all the benefits & results while asking the right questions.


2. Training was full of activities, role plays, engagements. Nowhere my team felt bored or disconnected.


3. Creating a Sales Handbook for each concept and helping the team fill it really helped them immediately apply the concepts on ground and clarify their doubts.
